How to attend the president's speech

What: On Thursday, President Barack Obama will travel to Cincinnati to deliver remarks at the Brent Spence Bridge, urging Congress to pass the American Jobs Act. His arrival and departure are closed to the public, but his remarks are open to members of the public with a ticket.

Where: The president will make his remarks at the Hilltop Concrete Plant at 511 West Water Street

When: Doors open at noon for members of the public with a ticket. The president's remarks are scheduled for around 2:30 p.m.

To attend: The event is free and open to the public. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited space the White House will only be able to fulfill a limited number of requests for tickets. Tickets are not for sale or resale.

How to get tickets: Tickets are limited to one per person and will be available at the Paul Brown Stadium at Gate D starting at 3 p.m. today.
