Augie Nieto, co-founder and & former president of Life Fitness and chairman of Octane Fitness, started & Augie's Quest in conjunction with the Muscular Dystrophy Association & (MDA) after being diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) -- a & form of muscular dystrophy - in 2005.
